Call CDNN at (800) 588-9500. They always have some cases. They've got nice H&K USP hard cases for $5 right now, and they fit some other guns quite nicely.
I don't have their ad in front of me but they had some Beretta cases, I can't remember if they were for pistols or shotguns...
