Need a stainless custom barrel made

Trying to find someone (with no luck) to machine me up a 1"diameter x 20" long stainless barrel with a .626 I.D. smooth bore to shoot a .625 steel round ball for a testing machine I am building.
Can anybody help?

Any machine shop should be able to do that, it wouldn't require a FFL.

Make sure they use an undersize drill for the bore, and use a .625 reamer to finish the bore.
 
All barrels start out as 'smooth bore.'

Creating rifling is the hardest part.

Make sure the shop has decent experience with deep hole drilling, and the equipment to lubricate the drill bit.

Special bits are used to try and help keep the holes straight, with an oil pressure feed to removes chips.
