need a scope!!!

I've had good luck with my Simmons 44MAG scope in 2X-7X.

I have found that my 2x7 does just fine on prairie dogs, out to 300 yards. Works at night on coyotes, also.

Just sayin'. :)

Customaquatics: Your rifle will shoot only as good as its sights: don't go cheap.
Put a good Leupold or Burris in 2X7 or 3X9 and you can't go wrong.

I'm curious about the reticle on the coyote special. I think it has potential to increase target acquisition speed. If it was me, brands I would consider would be Leupold, Nikon, Weaver, Vortex, maybe Burris. I'd prefer a holdover reticle but to be honest, 90% of the coyotes I shoot are inside 100 yards. That's the point of calling them in:cool:

if i did the Burris they have a deal now if you buy a 3x9x40 an get a free rimfire so it would give me a reason to buy a .22 :) its the Fullfield line i think that is doing this.

I don't like the Nikon circular aiming points, just don't seem precise.

Nikon makes a 4-16x tac scope I would like to have, the Monarch "x".

A lot of scopes look good in broad daylight. It is when the light gets dim that the more expensive scopes begin to shine. Buy the best scope within your budget.
