I have this Bayard 32 acp pistol and cannot find a grip screw anywhere. E-gunparts doesn't have one although they do have the replacement grip which I need too! Any other ideas out there? Thanks.
Take the screw to a fasteneer supply store and see if they can match it, or take it to a competent gunsmith/machinist to see if he can make one or more.
Quite a few of the big box stores have metric thread screws and if the head is big enough they can be modified to fit. Most gunsmiths have some metric dies and can cut that screw from a blank, but the cost might be high.
Check Numerich Gun Parts out of NY. The have a online order page and they carry parts and manufacture hard to find parts for many many older or out of use firearms. Also carry new firearms parts as well.
