J jmorris New member Jul 6, 2016 #10 Ice cubes come to mind. Bobbers will sink when hit as will shot shells. Balloons will often too, a little water in them will also keep them from blowing away. If you don't own miles of property behind your water, you might rethink shooting into it though as a ricochet off water can go a very long way.
