Nano not improving with use . . .

So I have about 600 rounds through the Nano now and the fail to eject rate is still between 2-3%. Plus even at seven yards using my best form and concentration I still shoot low and to the left. I know that's me not the gun but I do fine with my other 9mm and the Nano trigger is intentionally stiff for safety reasons as it has no "safety." I've a hand handful of different factory ammo through it. Blazer Brass in 115 gr is the best so far, but even that had a fail to eject. Plus which forget shooting any kind of hand loads through it. The fail to ejects increase with hand loads and there are fail to fires too. I'm about ready to pass it on and find something else. May jump down to a .380.

Live well, be safe.

Has anyone else tried it?
If so, what were the results?
If not, do that first before going to the hassles of sending it off to the manufacturer.
Preferably with someone you know is a good pistolero.
It kind of sounds like a grip and point issue.
