Top could be one of three guns: Browing A5, Remington Model 11, or Savage 720. All three are the same basic shotgun with the exception that the Browning version has a magazine cutoff on the lefthand side of the receiver while the Remington and Savage do not.
Middle is definitely an SKS. Judging by the color of the wood, my guess would a be a Soviet-made one but it's impossible to know for sure without being able to see markings.
Bottoms is obviously a pistol-grip pump-action shotgun of some sort, but the picture isn't clear enough to say for sure what make and model. Judging by the forward sling attachment and the shape of the forearm, my best guess would be a Mossberg 500 Persuader but, as I said before, I'm not 100% on that without a better picture.
