NAA or Smithy?

... shot my Mini Master at the range yesterday and after blaming the ammo initially, I realised, that the main spring seems to be weak/tired (because this MiniMaster was 1994 stock, plus the BlackWidow's is much stronger) ... and, the firing pin might be damaged, due to some knuckleheads possibly dry-firing the revolver in the shop since 1994 ... we have two MiniMasters and by just looking at it, I can't see much difference between the two's firing pins ... there is however a difference to the firingpin of the BW (which is also much younger than the two MM's) ... tried it all: changed cylinders between all of them and different ammo's - same result every time - the concerned MM has 3 missfires out of 5 ...

the question is: should I have it sent to NAA (which is a mission, as this is Africa  ) ... or should I let the smithy give it a try ...?

... might it be something, I could fix myself?

... advice would be much appreciated ... thanx in advance ...

cheers and beers
