NAA Mini vs. Freedom Arms - Difference?

Hi can someone please tell me the difference between the NAA .22 mag mini revolver vs the .22 mag Freedom arms?

I've only seen the various NAA versions, which one came first?

I have the NAA with both cylinders, mag & lr. I also have the Freedom Arms in .22 lr only. The quality of the Freedom is much better, like their big guns. The rifling in it is clean & deep. The NAA's rifling is barely visible & bullets will tumble. They are both good belly, meanin' up close, guns that go bang every time I pull the trigger. My Freedom has a bigger grip on it, but I can't remember if it came that way or I added it.
