NAA Guardian

I was just over at the NAA website reading a post from a guy who is REALLY disappointed with his Guardian. He's really upset. I kinda like mine. It's a little ammo sensitive, but perfectly reliable with Silvertips or either FMJ/HP Fiocchi. (My favorite carry loads for the Guardian.)
Is everybody mostly pleased with their Guardian's?
I have a P-32, and I like that little one also. I might even purchase a Seecamp sometime now that the prices seem to be getting down to the "reasonable" level. :)

Mendacity is the system we live in.

Ruger,
Yeah, I think so. He also had trouble with the magazine being ejected when he fired his Guardian. I've seen this before. The guy that was having the problem was accidentally pushing the mag release button as he fired. He changed his grip and had no more problems.
By the way. NAA just sent me some new "anti-shoot loose" grip screws. The screws have a smooth area near their heads that leaves room for a tiny rubber gasket. I never considered it to be a big deal anyway, but I'll post after I shoot my Guardian and tell you if they work.

WLM- I've had my guardian for almost three years. It's an older one-(AA XXX).Other than an occasional last round stovepipe because there is no ejector, it performs flawlessly. I must admit that for the money it had a lot of rough edges when I first got it. I quickly used some 400 and 800 grit sandcloth and a file to fluff and buff it the way I want it. I suppose I could take it to NAA and get all the updates done to it(provo is only 150 miles up the freeway) but the little thing just keeps on performing with no problems.I carry it with 71 gr. fmj's.
so far, I'm happy with the midget. goodshot

I carry mine 80% of the time and i love it!!

Great pocket gun for the times a .38 or bigger is hard to conceal.

Mine is 100% reliable, and a little loc-tite on the grip screws keeps them in place.

I've been reading that post too.
I not sure why But I think that guy is trolling. He mentions EVERY problem noted on the Guardian thats EVER been posted, all on his gun. He had also not yet contacted NAA to fix the situation, just started posting and complaining.
Later down the post a "na in Ma" backs him up with a post stating he's "Been lurking on this board," and "I was following this board, hoping NAA might fix their guns to make them
Mass. compliant."

WLM,
I have the Guardian and love that gun no problems at all just sometimes the last round hangs up when ejecting. But other than that no problems at all. :) Those seecamps are nice a little pricey around here though.
