Just got rid of my Beretta 950 Jetfire .25ACP for one of these Hope I did the right thing. I wanted a .32 cal instead of the .25 more power.. anyone have a Guardian and how is it!!

Thanks

Shooter,
The only thing you did wrong was to get rid of the Jetfire. :) You should have kept it too! I have both, and both have a place in a "collection".
Seriously, you will like the Guardian. Just get some Silvertips or, if you like FMJ, some Fiocchi 73gr. and you'll be set. My Guardian doesn't like Hydra-Shoks or Cor-Bon, but the Silvertips and the Fiocchi are fully reliable. My Jetfire is reliable also. I keep it loaded with MagSafes.

Ditto to what WLM said vis a vis the Guardian. I've gotten the best accuracy and reliability from the Silvertip load. In many Guardians the last empty case will fail to completely eject and stick out of the ejection port. Just drop the magazine and reload. The gun doesn't have slide lock so you'll have to pull the slide anyway.

Or you could look at the Kel Tec P-32. It's lighter (6.6 oz unloaded), thinner, and higher capacity (7+1). It's also breech locked action, not blowback. The Kel Tec has an ejector, extractor, and locks open on the last round. Snag free design--no external levers, hammers, sights. Smooth 6 lb. double action trigger.

Jack is right about the P-32. Mine has been completely reliable with every brand of ammo I've tried. I like Hydra-Shoks, so that's what it's loaded with. I usually carry one of these "mouse guns" in my pocket no matter what is strapped on my hip. Can't be too cafeful. :)
