The purpose of this engagement is to ensure sales associates are performing the non- negotiable standards in regards to customer service and compliance with the policy of selling hunting equipment.

A successfully completed evaluation includes the following:
" Interacting with a Sales Floor Department associate, as well as a Service Department associate.
" Observing the cash wrap area and making a $1 purchase.
" Interacting with a Hunting Department associate to determine if he/she complies with firearm regulations .
" Filling out an online evaluation form, which contains Yes/No questions. There are no detailed narratives.

It does look like a survey, or one of those "mystery shopper" programs, but why would they have their mystery shopper checking on firearms regulations? For that matter, how could they be sure that the MS would have a clue about firearms law?

From whence came this mysterious email?
 
Not related to Law or Civil Rights. Not really related to guns. Nothing to do but....
