On page 51 of the 1999 Glock Autopistols Annual, there is a photo with two boxes of Remington Golden Saber 357 Sig ammo.

I've been told there is no such thing. Remington does not show any on the web site, LE or civilian catalogs.

So where did the stuff in the photo come from, and where did it go? :)

Straight from the horses mouth: No, we (Remington) have never made Golden Sabres in .357 Sig.

I've never seen the book you're talking about, but maybe it was a typo? Looks like it's still a mystery!

Often in Advertising the marketing guys will "mock up" a product box for promotional sales, etc. It could be that remmington MAY offer this at some point.. and the photo went out by mistake.

According to Rem, they were dummy boxes.

The driving band of the GS design does not work well with the bottleneck case.

Now if I can find out why there are three (3) different types of bullet in the same box of the regular 357 SIG JHP ammo from Remington... different ogive, cavity width, depth, shape, color.

Wondering if there is any difference in pen/exp? Which is the newest?
