My wife's decision

I purchased my wife a S&W Governer for Christmas. I also got her the 410 Gauge defense rounds, .45 Long Colt and .45 ACP ammo for it. The first time we took it to the range her first shot was dead center at 50 ft. She really liked shooting the 410 and .45 LC but did not like the moon clips with the .45ACP.
Last night my wife asked me what I was going to do with all of the extra .45ACP that I had stacked in the closet. I told her that I knew a couple of guys at work that had 1911s and that I could sell it to them. She proceeded to shock me when she suggested that I buy a nice new gun that would use that ammo.

I thought that this is so great. I have corrupted my pacificst Canadian wife so much that she is now telling me to go and buy more guns. I have a great wife. :D

My wife recently learned to shoot, and she's pretty good at it. She decided to make her own concealed carry rig. In the process, she was trying to figure out how to make it large enough. I asked her why since her gun is a PT709 Slim--not a big gun.

She said that she wanted it to be big enough to handle the bigger gun that she's going to get.:)

What are you putting in her coffee?,,,
If you bottle it,,,
It will sell.

Yes, it will - I'll take the lot;)

You've done well with your
pacificst Canadian wife
, now tell me what to do with my Texan one that hates guns:confused:

Awesome!

At my LGS there's a sign hanging above the counter that says.

"Your wife called. She says its OK to buy a gun."

Good for you and yours Chief. Like you, I "Tainted" my wife years ago with a Walther P22, now she goes to the Gun shows with me to pick out her next shooters.:p

Hopefully I'll meet a woman like that lol, or at least "corrupt" them to the point that they'll be interested in shooting as much as I am :D

My hardware store has a sign "husbands must have a note to buy paint" --maybe that should be changed to guns and put in the gunshop.

Almost every time we get a Cabela's or Bass Pro sale paper in the mail my wife wants to drag me out of the house to go shopping. She has her own account with Midway USA that she frequently uses. At least she asks me if it's something we really need before she hits the Buy button.

My GF is English. One trip to the range w/a Browning .22 semi-auto rifle and she wanted her own rifle, to join a range, and took her target home from the machine-gun range in Las Vegas...

Somewhat related...

I asked my daughter what she wanted for a graduation present. Her answer, without batting an eye, a 12 gauge pump, preferably the Benelli Nova tactical. :)
