Living here in the "PRK" is a "Nightmare" when it comes down to finding "Desireable" guns to own! However, I had only one wish, to enable me to obtain just ONE(4")Colt Python? Well, guess what? Not only did my wish come true-I was granted TWO(4")Colt Python's(A Royal Blue one-and, an "Ultimate Brite Stainless" one!)pictured as follows(Please tell me your opinions of them?:

 :D

I think they look great! I'd love to shoot them and tell you how they "feel", but I'll just bet they are super smooth! Best of luck and enjoy shooting them, they look awesome!

That is pretty inconsiderate of you posting colt pics. I live on a fixed income, and can't afford Pythons... :o But, I'll offer you $750 for both... ;)

They are indeed beautiful... :D

I live on a "Fixed" income also-but, although these Pythons weren't very "Affordable" for me to buy, I just had to have them! It might take me the rest of my life, to pay these off(Worth it-or not?)but, I Knew that being here in the "PRK", I'd very likely, never again get another "Opportunity" to buy any more nice Pythons like these! So I "Grabbed" these Pythons, while I had the chance(Even though it was a big $$$ sacrifice!)! :D

Don't sweat the cost, they are probably already worth more than you paid for them. And they won't depreciate like a car or Boat or other things people regularly finance.

Twenty years from now you will be posting their pictures on the net with the caption "Bought these for $$$ back in 05" and some dufus will hate you for it :D

They are not a purchase, they are investments!

I have a Ultimate Stainless w/6" barrel. One of the best handguns I've ever owned. Wouldn't trade it for anything.

Well done! I know you will take care of those Colts. That blued Python looks just like the one I used to have. I sold it to finance my university education. I really like the smooth actions and heavy checkering. Great revolvers.

Boa2,
Those 2 pythons are sweet...The 4in Blued as always been on my short list of "gottahaves"...

Now get some custom leather (I am thinking "exotics") to go with them<~~~NOT a blatant plug(i dont offer the Python as an option so NUH!) :D

kudos...I am thinking of getting a Blood Python...that is as close as I will get to one for a long time to come

What lillysdad said, they're awesome, but I'd swap the grips, even just to see.Maybe you could post pics with the grips swapped versus as they are now,and run a poll??? :D

damn...the blued one is just oh so sexy...

why are these guns so much (checked gunsamerica.com)

they stopped making them? or the old ones better or something?

what years would i look at if wanting to buy one?

Chad

Your Pythons are beautiful. Notice when you cock the hammer on either of them it's so smooth you almost have to look to make sure something is moving. And if you fire them (and, we'll understand if you don't), they will hit exactly where they're sighted in.

I've got a six inch and a four inch. They are truly unique guns. Congrats.

Well, I didn't want to sound to be too "Greedy" but, I did recently manage to locate one more Royal Blue(6")Python(Circa, 1976)within two weeks of the above two(4")Pythons-and, I will post some pictures of it as soon as possible? Lady Luck had just rained down a bunch of good luck for me(All at once!)because(Normally)here in the "PRK", it is extremely difficult to find a Python(Or, to be the first person to find it!)! I feel very fortunate! :D

I'm very pleased with all of the "Positive" comments that I have been receiving in this thread(I hope to get some more?)! I appreciate it! :)

Give that "Lady Luck" my address next time she calls. I've had a few days off work, been to six different gun stores, and can't find a Colt anywhere. You must be living right!
