I was messing around with my CZ75 today when I got bored. So I pulled my carry gun, a P228, off my belt and prepared to expend my carry ammo and replace it with fresh. I got off one DA shot (center of the x-ring, of course ), and the trigger went all floppy. Broken trigger return spring.
I think I'm going call Sig Arms and have them send me a Parts Kit, with various frequently replaced parts, and just replace everything.
I transitioned to the CZ for the rest of the day until I could get home to my Kimber Compact, which will become my primary (again). Not a very happy day, but any failure at the range beats a failure on the street, and at least I had a back-up gun handy.
Maybe I need a P239, too. Hmmm...
