Getting back into my gun groove. I picked up this little gem. I am a die hard CZ fan, I have had no less than 10 variants, including clones.
This was offered to me today and I couldn't resist for the price. It is a SARARMS B6 HAWK(not to be mistaken for the B6p which is polymer). It's a Turkish CZ clone, which has easily surpassed the CZ75 in almost every way. It's thinner, lighter, MUCH better trigger (best SA trigger I have felt other than a few 1911's) and all around better feel.
Like all CZ types, it is a very accurate gun and very controllable.
Only negative is the safety is backwards. There is something to be said about guns built in war torn countries.
All in all this has to be the best gun I have purchased for under $300( with a 170 rounds to boot)

I have a sar b6p compact and I really like it but the a$$ backwards direction for the safety on the hawk would be a deal killer for me. It would have to be strictly a range gun. Between my 1911s and czs I would get all screwed using the hawk for home defense or competition. I wonder why they made them that way?

It has firing pin block, so it could be carried hammer down DA.
Surprisingly enough, I find my self flicking the kill switch easily. I'm not sue why they did it, and am still searching for an answer.

Pretty sweet pistol for under $300, especially if it's as nice as you say! Does it have a cocked and locked option?

Yep cocked and locked is how I am carrying it. You sweep the safety up, which is odd, but a natural movement of the thumb. Wasn't hard to get used to at all.
Spent a couple hours on the couch with it.

I have never seen one, and GB prices are all over the map. All the metal on the gun is forged steel vs. Cast. Pretty impressive piece. I am now going to find a good OWB carry holster for it.

Wow... I wish I could shoot it! But then I'd probably have to buy one. Once again, by your description it sounds like you got an amazing deal... I'm a little jealous. I've always wanted a CZ but all the ones I've run into had triggers that I didn't care for.
