my new trigger job

This was my first modification to my 91A1, feels sweet to me, tell me what you guys think. a nice 3.5 lbs. to release the hammer, appx 1/16" to take up slack, another 1/16" (or less) creep & about the same in over travel. (I know I'll get lectured for such a light pull) the pull out of the box was almost 7lbs. plus had the barrel throated & polished. OK let me have it:)

I don't consider 3.5 lbs a VERY light trigger pull. Some Wilson's come out of the box with that pull or close to it. A 3.5 lb trigger is also heavy enough so that you generally don't have to worry about the gun doubling.

Glad you like it. I'm going to get that done to my Kimber someday. I'll sure miss the two distinct little hitches before the gun goes off.

Finally got to go out & actually shoot it, instead of just dry firing (snapcaps) I can't believe the improved accuracy ! before I was all over the place, now @25 yards I can cover the grouping with my hand, pretty good for me ! did'nt realize that heavy trigger was pulling me off so far. also can't afford high dollar sights yet, so i painted the ramp on the front sight (iron sights) a bright white & that really helped my aim. ;)

I've got a 3.5 lb. pull on my Commander.
Before the trigger work was done, I could never shoot as accurately as I can now - Ragged one hole groups at 7 yards.
