Hey guys, I wanted to share my first rifle build.

-Savage action centerfeed
-Unsure of the barrel make, not savage or shaw, maybe McGowen, but chambered in 7mm-08
-Thumbhole is from stocky's
- Rifle basix trigger at 2.5 lbs.

Pretty excited to see how she shoots!

I should add that Jarred Rayhill from Jack First in Rapid City, SD, did the inletting and bedding work.

Cool deal. How do you like the stock? I'm tempted t pick up one like that for my 700 in .30-06. Its stock has gotten a little crack, and I'm considering one of those.
 
It's very comfortable from an off hand or sitting position. I haven't shot it from the bench yet. It's my first thumbhole, and I'm still getting use to it. Taking it to the range tomorrow to sight it in. I'll let you know
