my new browning needs a little help

I would like to know old it is.Where can I find rear sight stock and forearm.Made in Belgium 22 short smokeless the only #s I can find (A 302x )
I got it today it needs an little love and care, shoots great.With CB shorts it is very quite.Does any one have any idea of its value.

I can't help you with the age, but I think you can still order any parts you need directly from Browning. If so, it will be the least expensive seller of parts unless you find them used. I do not recall see the old wheel sight but the regular rear sight is listed and should be available.
