Hey gang! I got an M9:

This is a stock US made M9 that I installed the Beretta steel parts kit, metal lanyard loop, and slot screws to bring it to original M9 specs. The holster, mag pouches, web belt, and lanyard are all genuine USGI. I really love it!!

Going to hit the range today to see what it can do. I'll let you all know. Have a great weekend!

Congrats, This man has da'92feva.

BTW they still using plastic guide rods?
I actually prefer those of over the metal ones after I had a bent one once.
Don't ask me how, I never dropped the gun.. gun ran fine but bound up a bit when stripping.

It's the 1 plastic parts in the 92 I actually think is better then it's metal counterpart.

I just ordered one yesterday for 25 dollars, although They have 10 dollar flat shipping so that can kinda bite if you're not buying other stuff.

Still a good deal though. (Part of the kit is oddly a left grip panel but no right, weird)

That thing shoots like dream. I personally wouldn't want to carry one around, but, man, it is wonderful to shoot at the range, especially in single-action mode. The recoil is soft, and what recoil there is seems to push back, not flip up.

Have a fun session. I know you will.

I love my 92FS Inox, and picked up an ever so slightly smaller 92FS compact to see how it fit my hand. Not a real big difference, both shoot great. I think it's kinda optimistic of Beretta to call that one "compact" though. When i think compact i think Shield size and smaller LOL.

So there you go, the next 92 feva purchase, a compact to go with your 92 Eytie and M9.

You are welcome :)

The M9/92FS is a nice-shooting pistol, if you have hands big enough for it.

It isn't always true that those who like the 92 series have big hands. My wife names it to be her favorite pistol to shoot and shoots it well, and both my daughters like it, too.

I only wear medium sized gloves and can even squeeze into smalls if need be and I still like the 92. I've actually found that a lot of times the more a grip fills my hand the better I shoot that pistol.
