I pick up this plinker yesterday. The previous owner couldn't seem to get used to the thump when firing this three inch barreled beast. I tried to tell him that the 300 grain projectile loads he was plinking with may have something to do with it. He just wanted to sell it. 
Three hundred US dollars later it is mine, he even threw in 144 rounds of factory loaded WW 300 grain SJSP ammo. It is a M629-1 for those that are interested.
