Made only two years and harder to find than a Colt Python. Slab side and ported. It took forever to find one.....I have seen these sell at $800+ although i payed a bit less it was still more than a new .357
That's been on my wish list as well for quite sometime but I want the even rarer varity with the unfluted cylinder. Beautiful piece I'd love to know how it shoots.
I too am looking for an unfluted cylinder. And the 6" version. I love all wheel guns but i had to get on the ground floor with this. I can buy a python anytime.
I've owned several Rossi revolvers, ain't no flies on any of them. The one Cyclops I've shot would run neck and neck with any S&W. Trigger was like butter.
Built like a smith. Kinda..... Firing pin on hammer but it needs full trigger pull to have pin reach primer. The trigger is smoother and lighter than my colt trooper MK III. Single action is no take up and breaks with no over travel. I would say it is a great factory trigger. But not as short or light as a Dan Wesson. And I plan on shooting it a lot!!!!
