Proper Griswold & Gunnison
.36 caliber, brass frame, Dragoon style barrel, and unmarked cylinder.

That looks almost like the one that I bought a couple of weeks ago. Though mine is dirty a sin after a quick trip to the range today.:D
 
Glad to see that Piettia didn't make the revolver into a .44 L&R like they have done with the Colt replicas! I wish they'd offer a .36 replica Colt Brasser.
I personally like the look of Brass framed revolvers and I am prepared to work within the limitations of the Brass Frame reduced charges.
I have a .44 Piettia Colt Replica and love it!
The Brass acts like a bearing surface and the internals of a Brasser work very smoothly! A plus factor that noone ever brings up!

I wish they'd offer a .36 replica Colt Brasser.

They do, without the engraved cylinder. It's called a Schneider & Glassick. There were older ones with an engraved cylinder.
