shot a benefit shoot today at a local venue. Cracked the 90 plus barrier again with the 725, hitting 93/100. This gun gets easier and easier to handle and shoot well. Quite frankly, it's the best 12 gauge sporting shotgun I've ever owned. The DS choke tube system is fantastic also... :D

see....so what do you want a Benelli or an Auto 5 for ......geez man..

.../ you have just got to focus a little ..../ take a deep breath ...close your eyes ....let it out slowly ( ahhhhhh ) ....and again ...( ahhhhhhhh ) ...and just enjoy the new 725 ....and you'll be ok !!

------------

and open up the Wilson Combat website ...or maybe Freedom Arms website ....and find another toy ....

Diversify the hobby a little ...and you'll feel a lot better...( and realize how cheap shotguns are too by the way ...)....:D

hehehe, come on Jim, I'm a shotgun junkie, just like you. I can never be satisfied unless I'm buyin', sellin' and tradin' throughout the year. It's the only vice (hobby) I really enjoy. If I can't sleep at night, I just count the shotguns I've owned!! ;)

Oh come on now ....you have to have at least one nice revolver ...and one nice 1911 ...in the safe ( just to pet, if nothing else ...) ....

a man can't just live with 20 or 30 shotguns ....

two of my favorite revolvers, both S&W...

BJP, as far as 1911's are concerned, I sold all of mine. Had a few really high end models. Wilson Combat are BS 1911's. If I ever get another, it'll be from Ed Brown...

Ok, you're diversified..../ both nice revolvers...
-----------
I also collect and shoot a lot of S&W revolvers...( model 18's, 19's, 27's, 28's, 29's, 66's, 629's, 629's ) but .357 mag is my favorite revolver caliber too.
---------

and you're shooting that Browning 725 series 12ga ... light out ! Well Done !

Is Santa or the Easter Bunny bringing you a 20ga version ....

See ...now you're just aggravating me again ...

Ed Brown and Wilson Combat are the top of the heap in 1911's as far as I'm concerned....with Les Baer a distant 3rd ...and Nighthawk a very distant 4th ....I have an Ed Brown Kobra carry ...( and I'd give it a 8 out of 10 ) ....and I have a pair of Wilsons ...one in 9mm and one .45 acp ...and they're both 10 out of 10 ...( and a lifetime warranty on both guns ! )..no shipping cost, nothing ...if anything breaks, except firing pin spring or recoil springs ....you send it to them free of charge / they'll have it back to you in a week - all Free !! Ed Brown won't do that...

and I have a Les Baer and some Kimbers...all bad choices...
-----------
Now I think you should use that new 725 as a Boat Paddle ....:p

All I know about 1911s was from cleaning the pilots' guns back at Cherry Point MCAS. Methinks they are nothing like the handguns you guys play with. (And I did have a cherry of a girl friend so two hoots for North Carolina).
