muzzle loader sights

I seen a custom built muzzle loader that had a square notch rear sight and a front sight that had a flat top. You line up the top of the flat front sight with the top of the notch in the rear sight. Does anyone know what these sights are called or where to buy them ?

I like full buckhorns. You can use them as a ghost ring and they're historically correct.

peep sights work better.....I have a TC Renegade 54 with a TC factory tang mounted vernier peep sight...

and my TC Cherokee 32 has the TC factory peep sight.....

You can still find the tang mounted peep sights and TC also made a barrel mount peep sight that I have on one of my Senecas. .....

My New Englander is a 1" round barrel.

TC's tang mounted peep sight will work on a New Englander, using the original front sight...but if you are wanting to change out to regular replacement sights, there are lots of options available.
