ok guys as you know i was looking at the Carbon-15 R97S, well i fond some more info on it and i see now that it's not good by for what i'am going to use it for. now i'am still looking for a AR-15 Carbine but now i'am looking at the Colt Match Targit Lightweight. now in my 1999 and 2000 Gun Digest it said that the Colt Match Targit Lightweight has a flash suppressor, but in my 1999 Colt Firearms Buyer's Guide it has a photo of a Colt Match Targit Competition HBAR and it has a new Muzzle Break, now i'd like to know if the Colt Match Targit Lightweight has the new Muzzle Break, or the flash suppressor that it said in the two Gun Digest.

Thanks guys:)

How did you break your muzzle???? Sorry, somebody had to ask that :)
Don't trust any of the pictures in the Colt catalog. They use the same photo for everything.
Why is everybody buying muzzle brakes for their AR's? Am I the only person who a.) finds excessive muzzle blast worse than recoil and b.) doesn't see that much muzzle jump from a .223? Then again, I don't shoot three gun or plates or anything of that nature. Maybe it's just cause I use a 20" HBAR......

A good muzzle brake keeps the rifle from climbing and staying on target for the follow-up shot. Tactical competitors all use them, at least the ones who win.

Good muzzle brakes are essential for full auto controllability.
