Muzzle brakes

I just picked up Ruger # 1 in 220 swift and I intend to go prairie dog hunting with it. I've worked up some accurate loads but the recoil is such that it does not allow me to see the impact. Can anyone recommend the type of muzzle brake I need? Also, a good smith recommendation would be appreciated. I'm in Arizona.
