Muslim think tank anti gun article-JPFO's response

I would like to read the article before bashing this guy. I know it seems clear enough but the JPFO tends to overstate things and use wild, inappropriate language. A link to the whole article would be good.

oldbillthundercheif,

That's because they are "passionate" Zionists...which is not bad if they also kick maximum Islamic ass when when needed! ;)

Re Mr. Afeef's "terrorists from Iraq arriving in the U.S. ....", if such situations as this did in fact develop, these imported terrorists might face an unpleasant surprise, that being how tough Americans can be, notwithstanding the "fact" that they are coddled, soft, without principles, overly materialistic and so forth.

Re the criticism of JPFO's comments in the above, judged by whose standards do they commit the grevious sins mentioned?

According to the DOJ’s Bureau of Justice Statistics, in 2002 41 percent of American households owned at least one gun. According to these same statistics, 50 percent of the owners were male, 43 percent were white and 48 percent were Republican. More than 50 percent of the gun owners were college educated and earned more than $50,000 per year. Regrettably, these folks are going to marshal their considerable resources to protect their special interest.

Hmmm. I don't believe something that would directly affect 41% of Americans is a special interest.

"More than 50 percent of the gun owners were college educated and earned more than $50,000 per year."

This seems to show the majority of gun owners are responsible adults, not the type you would expect to be perpetrating crimes. Why restrict their rights?

50 percent of gun owners are male? What does that prove? Also, 48% are republican? That means 52% are not republicans. So what?
