There is no such animal as a "multi-state CCW permit". Each state issues their own. Many will recognize the permits issued by another state for visitors to that state.
As to permitting classes - again, it depends on the state. Some (like my own state of FL) don't care where the class was taught as long as you can show proof of completion. Others will have requirements that a class meets their own stringent requirements.
Bottom line is to find out the law in the state where you will be getting your CCW and then comply with that state's law.

Not too long ago, I looked into starting the CCW process. One of the classes I looked at (don't recall which right now) indicated that you could take the requisite course-work and range time and qualify for non-resident permits in Utah, Virginia, and Florida. Due to the reciprocity agreements of other states with these 3, you could apparently carry legally in 32 states or something like that.

Yes, there are CCW classes which are advertised to fulfill the requirements for CCWs from a number of States. The OP is asking about such classes in or near New Hampshire.

A sworn LE officer or trooper could explain the state/local gun laws to you.
