MSNBC last night - NOW I'm confused

Okay, last night, at 8pm, PRIME TIME now, kepp in mind - I must have fallen and hit my head. While unconcious, I had this hallucination that MSNBC, which had been spewing anti-gun sentiment for many moons now, aired an hour long, completely pro-gun program. Not a speck of anti-gun bias, lots of positive commentary, and a pretty female commentator shooting an UZI and loving it.

Did I really hit my head? Or did I witness a miracle?

I saw that too, pretty interesting. I would've made a copy if I hadn't found it during the middle of the show. It even had a report on Jerry Miculeck and his wife.

I saw the same program. I sat there with my mouth open in suprise. I kept waiting for the "left hook" that the media normally does when it does a gun show. I could not believe the thing ended without the "anti-gun message" you normally get. I bet someone got fired over that thing airing without any anti bias showing.

Hey everyone. I just posted a messege about this. I thought it was neat. I didn't know about the two cities that have those "required" laws about housholds having guns. And, I thought those places they talked about to go shooting were neat. Can anyone tell me about them. I want to go to Las Vegas too. Where is that place anyway?
Christina.
PS I just got my Walther out. WAHOOOO :D

Surprised the crap outta me too. Wasn't really watching until the Front Site story came up. I was wating for their normal slant but all they had was a short iffy blurb at the end. The show left my mouth open at the end.

Just before that, FOX News ran a positive bit on the Knob Creek shoot. Always liked FOX better than the alphabet soup news.

Hey I'd like a link if anyone has it.

There is just a slight possibility that that the media, which is dependant on the 1st Amendment, is starting to see the disturbing erosion of the 2nd.

I wish I'd seen this, but the promos (and the participation of Slick Willie) convinced me that the thing would be the typical pack of lies, so I skipped it.

Malpaso, my best explantion of this broadcast is that for every 100 anti-gun "news" programs that are aired, there's one that deals honestly with gun issues. Then for the the next two or three years, the news media (in this case, MSNBC) says "Hey, what do you mean, we're biased? We ran that nice story in April 2000."

Although you're right about the fact that the same bunch of national socialists who hate the Second Amendment hate the First just as much. Maybe, just maybe, some reporters will wake up and realize that if the Second goes, the First is next.

I doubt that our media friends will realize their tragic flaws till its too late. My bet is that they have been hit with numerous stories about how thir reporting was biased and had to cover their a**es before they were found out by the sheeple. My only comforting thought is that when the fecal matter hits the impeller, these media types are the first to go. Oh the humanity?! AS I said earlier, what goes around comes around. I just hope to be able to see the stuff come around on these butheads.
