MPI Rifle Stocks

Does anyone know if MPI makes a good stock, because I am thinking of getting one for a marlin that I have. Any info would be good. Thanks.
 
MSPhunter, I've only had one request for the MPI stocks since I've been in business. It could be from lack of exposure but I wasn't real impressed with it. I'm sure they are made from the best materials available but plan on either doing or hiring done a lot of work to the stock before it's ready for a rifle. George
 
I tried them once, and won't use them again.
Worst quality I have seen in a fiberglass stock.
I ended up scrapping the one they sent me.
 
I put one on an FN Mauser, and it worked out rather well. It is no drop-in, but it is light and strong. I have another that I intend to use for a light 257 Roberts on a Mauser action.
