I had a miserable time trying to figure out how to adjust the front sight elevation on my Baikal MP94. No one on the internet was any help in this area so I had to break down and take it to a gun smith which showed me how to adjust it. You need to get a hole punch about 1/16th of an inch to insert into the hole in the front of the sight to push the spring back so you can then turn the front post. To turn the front post you need a tool similar to needle nose pillars to stick around the square sight. Once you have a grip on it twist the front sight while holding the tension spring back with the hole punch.
Now you can sight in your Baikal.
