MP5-k Pistol version

Thinking about buying one.
I want to know for sure if I can just add a stock and be g2g. It's the registered FA version, the pistol kind obviously.
 
If the gun is a registered machine-gun then you can so whatever you want to it. Short barrel...stock. Its still a MG and does not fall into a category of "pistol" "SBR" or the like.

If you get a "k"...look into the Choate side folder. Thats the stock that HK put on the MP5 PDW. Makes the "k" a really sweet shooter
