Mossy 500 Problem

I'm sure alot of folks that have owned a Mossy has heard of this before. My plastic safety button split in two and fell off. I ordered a replacement kit on line, but he repacement kit comes with plastic buttons also. I called Mossberg and all they could tell me was.." mail it back to us and we will fix it". I really don't want to go through the hassle nor the cost of shipping for a minor fix. My question is can anyone tell me where I can find a metal replacement safety button for my Mossy 500?

Mine's cracked, but hasn't yet fallen off...

If you replace the button yourself, get a new screw that holds it down. The screw is a one-way dealie that only allows you to tighten and not loosen w/ a screwdriver. So you'll probably end up buggering the original screw.
 
My button came in today from Brownells. It should do the trick. Its much stronger than the original plastic button. I will tell you this...It was a bear getting it to fit without taking the receiver apart.
