mossy 500 back to wood

Got rid of the pistol grip and plastic fore grip today. Got the funiture off of ebay. Never could get to where I liked the pistol grip configuration. Put this wood on her and I think she looks good. Kinda gives her the old WW1 trench gun look. Any one else going back to the good looking shot guns. Nothing against the evil black guns.

Got what you see on mine for $46 off ebay. And the receiver is parkerized black. The barrel and heat shield is grey.

Your 500 looks great.
I had this express parked in zink a while back and installed Walnut furniture.I also Hacked an inch off the stock.:)

I like the light wood. My mossberg I bird hunt with has dark wood on it. When I seen the light wood on ebay I just had to have it . Once I got it on her I was very pleased. I like it even better now I see yours shes a beauty. Almost the same wood.Just rem style and mossy style, other than that they look alike

S'funny, while all the handguns here, minus one, wear neoprene, all the shotguns here, minus one, wear wood.

Handgun exception, my 1943 Colt GM, with Herrett's Shooting Stars. I like them better thqan anything else.

Shotgun exception, the Beretta A400 loaner.

Wood works. It's way easier to modify and looks good,even in utility grades.
