just acquired . 5 years old but in great condition. will take it to the range this week .
are detail strip downs needed on this model to keep running reliably ?
am hoping not , but if so where is the best info to accomplish this ?

Hey guys, not everyone knows almost every users manual is available online, even for items that haven't been manufactured in 20 years.

I hope you enjoy yours a lot more than I did mine.
 
I've got the 930 SPX and it's a blast to shoot. Quite accurate with slugs (reg or reduced recoil), dead on at 50 yards. Compared to the M590A1 I used to have, I'd rather shoot the 930 and carry it. I sure did like the 8+1 capacity of the 590, though.
