mossberg 620K 22 mag questions

I just purchased a 1959 made single shot bolt action 22 WMR rifle. Its IMO 98% there. It is a beautiful little rifle, however I can't get the bolt out so I'm assuming its a fixed bolt? Fired a few shots off it sounds awesome compared to my 10/22. Also what kind of accuracy can I expect it has a 24 in. Barrell.I have read of issues of mounting scopes on these. Is this true? BTW I got the gun with a gorgeous old leather strap and 2 boxes of 'chester cheapo ammo for 190 OTD.seemed like a good deal to me. What do you fellas think?
