mossberg 500AB

Just got a mossberg 500AB, it is in great shape and I hope it shoots well.
I have never owned a mossberg ,any hints or info on this shootgun would be nice.

Load shells, pump a round in the chamber, get a bead on your target, squeeze trigger. Gun will say "BOOM!" and your target will have a number of holes in it. :D

You got a good gun - enjoy it!
 
I Had A Mossberg 500 And Used The Hell Out Of It For 12 Years. Never Had 1 Single Problem. In My Opinion For An Inexpensive Shotgun You Can't Beat It. Also When I Sold It Well Used I Got Only $50 Less Than I Payed For It Brand New. I Had A Great Time Using It To Hunt And To Clear Out Small Trees And Brush For Camp Sites. :d (quicker And More Fun Than A Chain Saw) :)
 
I also used to own two mossberg 500s. One in 12 gauge and one in 20. The 12 gauge was a great shooter. I won lots of turkey shoots with it. I would really like to pick up another and convert it into a tac/HD gun.
 
Thanks for all the replys, I got this one for almost free, I was given a honda odyssay(sp) and I could not use it so I traded it for the Mossberg.....I am happy with it, it has a 30in. full choke so it is a little long for HD( I live in a mobile home with narrow hall) but it will sure get me some quail this season.
