Mossberg 46B

Hi,

I have a Mossberg .22 rifle that is in good shape. Pretty nice walnut stock - has all the original sights. The only thing that it appears to be missing are the sling swivels. Has metal clips but no swivels. My question is this collectable and what is its approximate value? I really don't shoot it very often, but it is a nice old gun. Financially, I usually can't afford to purchase a different gun without letting something go.

Any Mossberg afficianados out there that can tell me about this gun?

Thanks

Makarov, the Mossberg Model 46B was made from 1938-1945. It's probably considered a shooter and not a collectable. In excellent condition it could be worth about $135-$150 and about $110-$135 in very good condition. Hope this helps!
