Mossberg 4 X 4 problems.

I bought a Mossberg 4 x 4 last January in 270 caliber.

1. I depress the bolt ejecter buttom and bolt won't come out.
2. I'm getting almost every other bullet a dud - not firing. Checked the primers in another 270 and they work fine.

Any thoughts, ideas. Thanks.

did you pull the trigger whin you pressed the bolt release? and did you clean the bolt good when you got the gun? every new gun needs a good cleaning when you get it.
