Mosin Nagant Bolt Handles

How hard are the Scope mounting kits with the new bolt handle to install?
Also, I know next to nothing about this Russian rifle (except for working the bolt on one I checked out in a gun shop-AWKwerd!), But, why could you not forge the original handle in Blocks, similar to the way Mausers have been done for years??

If you mean kit made by B-square - alum. rail and bolt handle
attached by the screw - it's not terribly difficult, but this kit is the
absolute crap,, best way to ruin the rifle. It's not a good idea to bent original MN handle in blocks, because it's too short and will be
1. uncomfortable to use
2. looking real ugly

People interested in MN bolt for scope use usually weld approx.
1.75-2.5 inch bolt hand to the bolt body, then it works pretty good.
