More people are killed by this every year. Gov tries to reduce recoveries for victims

Malpractice kills more law abidding citizens than guns every year in this country. Lobbyist pay off Congressmen so that Congressmen push for a limit on recoveries that grieving family can get. The medical association is pushing for a cap on malpractice lawsuits. They figure $10,000 for shortening a persons life by 50 years is a good settlement. Why isn't this getting the press it deserves? Why only look on guns as the cause of violence? Chicago, the new murder capital of the country has laws that stop its citizens from owning handguns and various types of long guns but yet it finds itself in the lead. Guns aren't the problem. Parents and bleeding heart liberals are. The schools in this country are a joke. Look at Germany and Japan. Countries which we defeated over 50 years ago. Their educational system is the best in the world. They offer vocational training and career training in highschool. IF your child isn't career material then vocational training is offered and not just in useless areas but in what our big corporations and factories are looking for. What does Ameria offer? Ability grouping in highschools. Most schools in our country follow their own drummer. In Chicago, vocational training like body shop, computer assisted drafting, mechanics are offered in schools were they only accept kids with above average grades. In the rest of the high schools there are no vocational training classes. The most needy get the least and the ones who don't need, it get it. Education is the key. We must change our school. Bringing back God into our public schools wouldn't hurt. I don't see any religious school kids lossing it and murdering their classmates. We as Americans should have the right to chose the career we want to take not some prepackaged useless classes that don't lead to a good job. I leave you with this. Why do criminals steal? Could it be that our schools are failing them? God, love, vocational training and corporal punishment are missing
in our schools. Its time for a change. What do you think?

I’ve seen the stats on this. Let me assure you I take strong notice. The reason for this, I will need four joint replacements sometime in the future. What I say next is a low estimate. With the current stats I am at least twenty eight thousand times more likely to die on the operating table than by a firearm. Pretty bleak outlook don’t you think.
