I've emailed a request for the lengths of the bullets and their plastic tips. The tips have low enough mass that they don't present quite as much centrifugal pull on the bullet alignment during coning motion in settling from initial yaw, so you'll notice the stability calculator at JBM doesn't count them in length. It's sort of like getting free length, though they still contribute location of the center of pressure.
I was surprised at the BC differences for the 73 and 75 grains .224's. I'm thinking they copied the same illustration for both, but that the 73 is actually stubbier.
