Modern 32acp ammo in Mauser 1914

Same question as in another thread but different gun. What modern 32acp is safe in the old Mauser 1914? I have been using it in mine with no apparent problems. Is it better to stay with European ammo or to use domestic? I understand that European 7.65 Browning is hotter than US 32acp.

Very much doubt any new factory .32 ACP ammo will be any more powerful than 100 year old ammo.
"...European 7.65 Browning is hotter than US .32 ACP..." Different standards. European are set by CIP. https://www.cip-bobp.org/en Click on TDCC then Telecharger then Tab IV then EN on the 7.65 Browning line. Still metric though.
U.S. by SAAMI. https://saami.org/specifications_and_information/index.cfm
Dunno if this'll help. No 7.65 figures given, but down the page there's info about CIP and SAAMI. http://kwk.us/pressures.html

Anything except the over loaded stuff from the boutique ammo makers that provide supposed +P ammo for rounds that have no SAAMI +P standards for.
