I just obtaind an old Sear's Model 41-103 .22 rifle made in 1977 and now im seeking to restore it to it's former glory.

I can handle the basic work, but the big thing that's worrying me is the part replacement.Mainly the bolt itself. My question to you is this...

Can I SAFELY interchange with parts from the Marlin Model 101 seeing as how it's a clone? If not,how easy is it to find the original parts?

I really need your help here.Any other general advice would be awsome too.

Thank's

I cannot find the 41-103 in my crossreference. The Sears model 41 is a Marlin model 101, as is the 103.1977, the 103.19771, and the 103.19770. Should be no problem to use parts for the manufacturer's model, as long as they are the same rifle. Private branded rifles typically are the same as the branded rifle, but with different roll marks.
