Is the MMM planning another Mothersday DC rally?

If they are, then mayhaps we should show up as well.

Definitely. Every pro-gun organization in the country should encourage its members to go to DC and stage a counter-rally. TFL can send its own contingent. Can you imagine a few hundred of us wearing MOLON LABE shirts and hats? It would probably scare the bejesus out of our dear MMMs. With all the press coverage these morons get, we should also be visible whenever and wherever the cameras are on.
 
Personally, I'd leave the crime-infested DC to them...let the local ferals think the MMM ranks a bit...why put ourselves in danger?

The last counter-demonstration in Chicago was fun. I highly recommend such activities to all. Watching anti's get so mad their faces turn purple is almost as good as an afternoon at the range.

I was there also and plan on being there in 2001 if it happens. It's a great way to spend part of Mother's Day.

Good question, are they planning?

I know we have some members who have infiltrated their ranks, if they are planning a major demo, now is the time for us to start planning. Last year it was last minute. Oleg, after our experience in DC with a starter that had gone out of our vehicle after the inauguration, I have to say that town is no worse than others if you are aware of your surroundings. The cause can use people of your caliber. If we are needed my wife and I will be there (and at least 2 of 3 of our children). Forget the Public demonstration. While in DC make an appointment and talk to your reps and sens!
 
Both groups will be meeting there again this year. I believe both have secured permits already. Expect to hear more soon. Please, if anyone can make it, it would be great to have more of us than them this time.
 
We had a nice gathering at the Los Angeles Federal building. The SAS had dozens of US flags and they didn't have one. There was a police sniper on top of the building, and a straight down shot from the roof (where the MMMs were) is difficult. Wonder who he/she was aiming at (we were across the street)?
