Mk23 style LAM for HK45 does it exist?

So I've always been a big fan of the mk23, but due to limited funds I ended up going with the hk45 instead. It's very similar in many ways, minus the size, weight, and slightly less ridiculous on the price. What I'm wondering is if there's a laser and flashlight aiming module that's cosmetically similar to the one designed for the mk23? Or does the mk23 one attach to the hk45? Full disclosure it's purely for the joy of having it.

If you wanted the MK23, I'm surprised you didn't opt for the USP 45 or USP 45 ELITE. They are more similar, including using the same magazines(just different base plate).

Then you could use the HK light. With the HK45, you'll want any of the aftermarket lights. Surefire X300U or Streamlight TLR-1 HL are good options.

That's actually what I was originally going to go with. But a local gun shop had the hk45 and I liked the idea that I could use non-hk attachments if I wanted too.

I own the HK 45 Tactical. A much better buy than the HK MK23 IMHO. Instead of the HK45 I purchased the HK45C. A pleasure to carry and a joy to shoot. When used in the nightstand it wears a Crimson Trace Laser/Light combo. When conceal carried it is naked as the day she was built. As for finding an adapter letting you use HKs proprietary light mounting system such as the MK23 and the .45 Tactical use why bother? It was a mistake for HK to use that mounting system in the first place.

Why? It was one of the first guns that ever offered a mounting rail. It's not like the standard accessory rail existed already and they ignored it and made up their own design....

They were innovative and offered the option of mounting accessories when virtually no one else did at the time.
