Does anyone know anything about these revolvers? I have one that I believe was made for Mitchell Arms by Uberti a few years ago. My problem is the hammer block lever on the hammer face is meant to be flipped on or off by the thumb and is under spring pressure to hold it in either position. The spring I think is a small coil spring held under a screw on the top of the hammer, which is missing on mine. sorry I don't have pictures. any help would be appreciated. I know I can deactivate it, but would prefer not to. right now it just flops as the hammer falls, and may fire or not depending on how the hammer block lands. It looks like a third generation Colt SAA target 45 right down to the case hardened frame and one piece walnut grip except this one has a brass grip frame.
