Is there a law in Missouri that says an individual must have a permit from the county he lives in, or an FFL to purchase a gun from another individual? What if the person buying is from another state and goes to Missouri to pick the gun up? Reddog
A person must have a permit issued by the Sheriff of the county he lives in to buy a Pistol. Rifles no state requirements. Usually for a pistol it is transferred to a dealer in state and you buy from the dealer. Again there on no permits required for Rifles or shotguns.
